The ratio between Omega-3 and Omega-6 in Grizzly wild salmon oil is 9:1 more than 3 times higher than other salmon oil

Omega-3 and omega-6 ratio in salmon oil

The most readily metabolized omega-3s come from cold-water fish such as salmon, but not all salmon are alike.

This chart says it all. In test after test, oil from wild salmon  sourced from the waters of Alaska shows a very high omega 3/6 ratio of 9:1, far superior to farmed salmon oils, which have a ratio of  3:1. This ratio is like a fingerprint, uniquely revaling the origin of any salmon oil, including those marketed as "wild", but actually sourced from farmed salmon.

Why the difference? Farmed salmon diets include up to 15% vegetable oil, which significantly lowers their omega 3/6 ratio.

Grizzly Pet Products uses nothing but real wild salmon oil from the only place in the world where wild salmon are commercially available from sustainable stocks: Alaska
